Well, first I want to thank God that I have the ability to be here. I would also like to thank the people who have given their time, God bless all of you for this money I’m blessed to get today.
I know that… that God is good and he won’t abandon any of us. This money that you all have helped me get today, We know that right know we’re all going through extremely difficult times; and I thank you all so much because today you’ve delivered me this money that… that I’ll finally be able to pay my rent with. I hope that God keeps blessing every single one of the people who are part of this process, that God give all of you strength and he keep guiding you. That you may keep bringing help to people like myself who are in a place of need, and…
and what else can I say? God loves me. God is with me. I know that he will not abandon me.

May I ask how the last three months have been for yourself and your community?
Well we’ve mostly been looking for and going to places that are willing to help, that are willing to spare some food. I pray to God that he bless those people as well. And, well, we’ve been looking for how we can move forward, we have to go talk to the landlady, hope that she give us a chance to pay our rent. The first time we asked, she told us that if we didn’t have the money to pay, that we should just go back to our country. It wasn’t until later that she told us to pay the money incrementally as we could but thanks to the Lord, he has always been with us. I am so grateful to Him that He’s granted me health and life. The rest is up to me. It’s up to me to do my part to push forward and keep moving ahead. To all the people that have been helping us through all this, we’ve been there at their side, trying to help them as well.
Healing Grove is still in a place where we’re growing, and we’re in need of assistance because we still have so much to do with this building as well as some projects that we need to get rolling. What would you say to someone who is thinking about donating to Healing Grove? What is something that you would like them to hear?
Well, the first thing I’d like to say is that I hope God touches the heart of every one of those people. I hope that they are willing to help, to give part of what God has blessed them with. I know that God blesses all of us and we all do our part to have what we have, but I think it’s important to be grateful and to have the ability to recognize the blessing God has given you
and use that blessing to bless others. When I pray to God, I have faith that one day I know I’ll be in a place where I won’t be in any need like this. I have faith that when I get to a place of having all those necessities, I’ll use that blessing to help others that are in my place; because I believe that it is through giving that he blesses us. I know that I put in a lot of work, and the people who
have more than I are also putting in a lot of work, but it’s thanks to God and his blessings that any of us have anything. That’s how I see it, at least, that you have to be grateful to be blessed.
I think a lot of times we let our ego get to us and that ego makes us say things like,
”well, why would I give what I have if I put in so much work and I earned what I have?”
But God is the one who was there first to be able to give to you. Thank you so much for your time, miss. No, thank you to all of you here. I pray that God keep blessing all of you.
